FAQ

What happens after I submit an order online?
After you have completed an order on the Lenovo outlet site, you will receive an initial email confirming we have received your order. A second email will be sent in 1-2 business days with your customer number and order number, which can then be used to check the status of your order at any time by visiting our order status website.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped with 7-10 business days.
Please note: If your shipping address and billing address are different, you must call the phone number on the back of your credit card to ensure that your desired shipping address is part of your credit card profile. This will avoid a delay in the processing of your order. Shipping addresses maintained on your credit card company profiles will not require verification.
Shipping Policy
The number of shipping days is measured from the date Lenovo provides your order to a shipping company, and not the date you place your order with Lenovo. The time it takes for your order to arrive will vary based upon product availability (orders are generally held until all products in the order are ready to ship), and other factors.

*Standard Delivery is standard ground shipping. This delivery method generally takes between 3-5 business days after shipping, but Lenovo does not commit that orders shipped by this method will arrive on any particular date.

Return Policy
Lenovo will accept the return or exchange of a product in its original, sealed package for a full refund in cases of Lenovo error. Returns allowed for any other reason will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase amount. All returns must be initiated within 21 days of the invoice date. Lenovo does not provide refunds or credits for portions of a packaged offering provided at a single price or for preloaded programs installed by Lenovo. For service and warranty issues, contact warranty support at 1 800 426 7378. For inquiries relating to third party (non Lenovo) products, contact the third party directly. To initiate a return, contact 1-866-428-4465 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any authorized return must include the product and all accessories in the unopened original packaging, along with all documentation (including invoice, RMA and original shipping label), and must be received at the Lenovo National Return Center within 10 days of obtaining the RMA. Incomplete returns will not be accepted for any reason. Returns that do not follow these steps may be refused by Lenovo, and customer assumes risk of loss and damage for packages returned without an RMA. Please allow 8-10 business days after the item is returned for the processing of your credit.
Limited Warranty
All outlet PCs carry a limited Warranty (1 year). This Lenovo Limited Warranty applies only to Lenovo hardware products you purchased for your own use and not for resale. This warranty may sometimes be referred to as the “Statement of Limited Warranty ” (SOLW) in other documents from Lenovo. Additional warranties for outlet products are currently not available for purchase. The warranty is voided if item is resold or sold overseas.
Limited Supply
These models cannot be reordered once they sell out. If we take your order on a product which sells out and the product can not be reordered, (1) Lenovo has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product, even if Lenovo has confirmed the order and charged your credit card; and (2) if Lenovo has charged your credit card but subsequently canceled your order, Lenovo will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account.
